I'd check the e-mail address you used.........I've always received prompt replies to any e-mails I sent.
How long have you been waiting for a reply?

Cd Wow
Cd wow are indeed a great company. The are very efficient, friendly and extremely competitive. I would definitely double check your actions before castigating them any further.

I've never really had any problems with CD wow. Did have to contact them once, and received a response the same day.
Definitely one of the best

The Burton's link works for me too. I do mean link not voucher. You have to use the link they e-mail you to get the discount.
As far as answering e-mails, I have also found they are one of the fastest, and their customer service in general, is second to none. Crikey, they even send you a pre-paid envelope if you have to return something!
I would agree with what's already been said, and suggest you check your reply address in your e-mail client.

Try helpdesk@cd-wow.com, through your regular mail client. Maybe their website mail system isn't that reliable, or perhaps you made a mistake with your e-mail address? It's easily done. The trouble with these website e-mail systems is that you don't get a copy of what you sent, so I don't tend to use them, given the choice.

I didn't receive a despatch email with my last 2 orders, so I wonder if there is a problem with their email.

CD-WOW are pretty damned good.
Got Samurai Trilogy R1 from them. Arrived in 5 days and no customs charges. Which was nice.

If they aren't getting back to you there must be a problem with the email or something major going on. I've never had a faster response from a software retailer than CD-WOW, typically 2-4 hours. If I can give them my business, I do.

Agree withwhat everyone is saying about cd wow. I've had dvds lost in the post and they've sent replacements straight away. They replied to e mails by return and their service was superb. Can't fault them.
