Have CD WOW found a way to beat custom charges?

I've noticed that CD WOW have dropped the customs charges warning on products over £18. They still make reference to it in their t&c's though.

I'm tempted to buy by both band of brothers (£26.49) and the family guy boxset (£27.49) if I don't have to pay the custom charges on top.

Anyone had recent experience buying dvds over £18 from them?

I've ordered Band Of Brothers from Axel Music, who are doing it for £21.99 with free shipping, and no customs charges. See post #11 in this thread for more details.

Hi John

Thank you for your e-mail.

We have recently introduced new shipping routes and the customs charges we
were advising should no longer apply.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if we can help you any further.

Kind regards

Thanks Simon and John.

Looks like I'm going to have to increase my dvd spending budget this month!
