Movietyme Delay

Ive only used Movietyme a couple of times. On this occasion i've ordered the new edition of Cop Land from them. This was 2 weeks ago, and although the money has been debited from my bank, the status screen on their site still says 'order taken' with no sight of my disc.
Does anyone know if this is normal practice for them as i am used to lightning fast turnarounds from CD-WOW and Disc Emporium (and I'm beginning to think the few quid saved wasn't really worth it.....) I have just emailed them and i'll wait for a reply but i thought maybe someone here might shed some light on their delivery timespans? Cheers

I ordered Cop Land SE from DVD Soon on 15th June, and it's still on order. Seems like there could be a supply problem with this one.
