20% off selected blu-rays @ Play.com

Their deal of the day Name Is Earl Series 1-4 £17.99 - now expired

Also 20% off selected blu-rays use code FOXFILM20, a few good deals in there too

Alien Anthology for £11.19 for example - now expired

Title edited to just show the 20% offer

Just remember Alien set is now the 4 disc version. No major biggie for people mainly interested in the films.

This has been a ridiculous month for blu ray buying - now this code has forced me to get The Hustler, Memento and There's Something About Mary. Will this never end?

bit of a dodgy offer this if you ask me. they've had the hills have eyes bluray boxset for £7.99 for months. Now with this 20% offer starting it has mysteriously gone up to £9.99

also the fly has been at £4.99 for months on play and amazon and now it has gone up to £7.99 so even with the discount you'd be £1.50 worse off than you would if you'd bought it last week

The Omen boxset is £17.99 after they were selling that for £11 a few weeks ago. I suppose the ones that were £7.99 permanently are now cheaper, I'll give them that.

These some good deals but a lot as already mentioned have had prices increased.

One good deal is the recently released Cleopatra. It's £7.49 with the 20% of comes to £5.99. Then quidco on top of that.

About three weeks ago (at Play) it was on offer for £3.99 plus Quidco so I snapped it up, go figure.

Did anyone else get a 20% off Fox blu-rays email from Play today? Code is FOXFILM20.

The normal prices were naturally at £7.99 for most titles. Snapped up Fifth Element for £6.39 though.

EDIT - sorry just noticed post above saying the same thing!

Yup bought Cleopatra for £5.99. It's supposed to be a stunning release and in a kooky kinda way cinema history given that it almost destroyed the 20th Century Fox film studio. I (sadly due to age) remember seeing it at a west end cinema in 1963, and I believe it was produced in the widescreen process known as Todd-Ao.

Me too, I also got cashback on the £7.49, so a little bit more cashback than if it had gone through at £5.99.

i guess people who havent got the alien boxset set yet..should go for the one at amazon as the 6 disc set is getting phased out or deleted isnt it? and for a quid more..and all the extras you know it makes sense!

in fact the 4 disc set at play has gone back up in price to 24.49!
