It took them 12 days to post it from when I ordered, but not too long to arrive so overall, I'm happy.

I placed my order with them on Dec 31st and my CC has been charged by Paypal, but I've heard nothing from them. I emailed them through their website 2 days ago and haven't got a reply yet. Doesn't sound good. I'll be opening a dispute if they don't reply by tomorrow. Not happy!

I placed orders before Christmas, the payment went through immediately. The site promised orders would be shipped over last weekend, however I have heard nothing further and now they are not responding to emails.....It looks a bit grim.

Yep - recieved two but ordered *a lot* and am still waiting on the rest without any word yet of them being shipped. Understand his problems in getting everything filled, but am growing a bit impatient to be honest.

i got a reply to my email and they said all orders have been shipped and i should get a tracking reference in 48hrs. i dont know if this is true or not im still waiting, i ordered when the offer appeared so about 4 weeks and waiting

I'm still waiting too. I opened a dispute on Paypal last week and they haven't replied to that either (I've sent them 2 emails already). Even if they do ship the blu-ray I won't be using them again.

I noted that paypal was causing him issues when I went to order, so I ordered via credit card.

Yep I got the same reply too - over 48hrs now with no shipping email. I too noted that paypal was an issue so used a credit card instead thinking I would receive them sooner.

My Paypal payment went through. My CC has been charged the amount, so he's got the payment. Even that wouldn't explain why he's not answering my emails.

Hi everyone, we know many of you are getting to the point of wanting to burst! we understand, again anyone that requests a refund we have no problem taking care of that for you otherwise we please ask that you be patient when sending us e-mails asking about order status, etc. we get literally over 100 e-mails a day ranging from order inquiries to other companies asking if we want to stock their stuff to people asking if we carry certain items...there is a new e-mail for order inquiries it is, in fact, orderinquiry@horrormovieempire.com you'll get a response hopefully within 96 hours. we also will be making the facebook page and twitter account mainly only for posting new products. some of you are frustrated, we get it, we were unprepaired, we get it, we suck, we get it, haha. we got some people on board to help out with everything and hopefully that translates into faster processing and answers. back to work now, thanx everybody! also a note to people that sent e-mails: we just found over 60 in our spam folder so some of you who didn't get responses that might be why. anyhoo we love you all, cheers!

I'm still waiting on four to arrive and haven't had shipping confirmation either, which I did get for Zombie. Just keep telling yourself "they were really cheap, they were really cheap, they were really cheap" Having said that I would like to receive them at some point!

My Paypal dispute has now been escalated to a claim. Got no response at all from these clowns while the dispute was open.

I received an email from them stating that the rest of my order is going to be shipped in the next few days.

Saw on Bluray.com that 75% of those that ordered in the sale have not received any of their order to date....Filed a dispute with PayPal as I do not feel these discs are ever going to turn up. Shame
