If his auction listing is anything to go by then it looks like a fake

"LOST SERIES 5 COMPLETE 6 DISC BOX SET PHOTO IS OF ACTUAL BOX SET WILL PLAY ON ALL DVD PLAYERS"

Box in photo has no age rating on it either.
