maybe he got all these copies from shopto.net promo weeks ago? coz he is selling x-men wolverine...

Bought mine on the day I saw this deal, that is on the 18th of November and still haven't received mine. I tried to contact the seller on two separate occasions and I've gotten absolutely no response!

Left me with no alternative than to file a claim with PayPal.

I thought that too, ingjoo. But since 3 other people in this thread alone haven't received the item, it can't be that. Anyway I filed the dispute on PayPal, and got this reply back yesterday.
