Due to the way that the checkout calculates the BOGOF it's best to purchase items in groups of the same value if buying more than 2.
E.G:
2 @ 17.99 + 2 @ 11.97 = £35.98 if bought together.
Buy in pairs of same value:
2 @ 17.99 = £17.99
2 @ 11.97 = £11.97
= £29.96 if bought seperately.
(The basket will always take off the cheapest items as free)

Plus I picked up Wolverine in that offer that was going earlier today. What a bargain-tastic day !

I bought 4 at a total of £23.44 or something and have got an email from quidco to say it has tracked with an expected payout of 47p?????? That is 2% not 8%.

Anyone else get the same??

Yeah for my £11.97 (Italian Job and The Thing) it tracked 23p - similarly for Inglourious Bastereds £9.98 only tracked 19p

Yeah, that sucks! I was looking to get the Kite Runner and Revolutionary Road for £11 odd each, left home for an hour to take the kids to school and when I come back I find the prices have been raised to £17.99 each! Bad form Tesco!!

Ordered 8 titles yesterday. All of them worked out at around £6 apiece. Looks like I ordered them just in time, as they have all increased in price by 50%.

Just got emails to say that The Incredible Hulk & The Italian Job have shipped - priced at £11.97 + £0 each so at least they are honouring the initial prices.

The Thing + Revolutionary Road were the other 2 I went for.

bought them on Thu 5th and they have still not despatched yet (they estimate despatching within 24 hrs) its now 4 days

and the transaction does not appear on my bank account !!

i wonder if they have decided not to honour it ??

Your card won't be charged until they are ready to dispatch them.

Tesco's website is controlled by the hut group (the hut, zavvi, tesco, etc) & they are terrible for dispatch estimates. I ordered gears of war from them & it took 3 weeks to be dispatched even though it was listed as 'usually dispatched in 24 hours'.
I've found them very good for pre orders though as i have always received my items 2-3 days before there release.

Tesco have gone it alone, if you visit the site there's a new look and eveything.

can only be a good thing in my opinion. Hope they do well.

I really think it's just a case of having a little patience. Of the eight titles I ordered only Downfall, Twilight and Hellboy have been despatched. The others have jumped from "delivery within 24 hours" to a 1-2 week wait.

I'm not really surprised that they ran out of stock. The prices in the initial offer were the lowest I have EVER seen for the titles that were included. I ordered mine just in time. An hour or so later they all increased in price.

Have they really, I noticed the new look but didn't realise they had dumped the hut (although it doesn't seemed to have made a difference with their dispatch times)

Well they had some relaunch deals and a new look different from all the Hut clones so putting two and two together?

I think we need to give them some time to sort there systems out before we all proclaim them useless.

Personally, I find the Hut excellent, although I don't bust a vessel because I have to wait a week or two for film. They always get the item to me and are generally excellent on preorders and also are generally the cheapest on most items I want.

It was showing that when I ordered it; it still is as it remains unshipped in my order history, but elsewhere on the site it's showing 1-2 weeks (which probably explains the holdup).
