But the thing is that they were understaffed and overworked even before staff morale was destroyed by the Ever So
HEAVY political hints that Pay ...which is not all that High in the lower ranks .. will be frozen by which so Ever Party gets into power next June.

Concern over Consumer Law on Sales .. and it's being utterly out of date that even High St. Stores worked around it years ago as in .. ' Was Advertised for Sale in Our Branch in Ulan Bator only a month or so ago ' .. and then most consumers haven't the least notion of their on line rights.
Take it Up with Your own M.P. since there is a bare possibility that if, he/she/it isn't taking early retirement, Consumer Law and its Rights and Wrongs, and it's being far behind the times will make a nice
' I Feel Your Pain ' line in an appeal for re-election to the Political Gravy Train.
If you are Professionally involved in this area then it may do No Harm to Your CV ... provided that you are careful how you word your
Concern.
It doesn't do to up-set the powers that be if your career depends upon their whims.
