This order should have been received and for some reason there is a few items from other customers that were dispatched the sameday that have not been received.
We have not got any other copies, so the best I can offer is a full refund.

It's a reply. I smell a rat though. Sounds like he's quite happy to refund rather than chase the order/s which makes me think he never posted them in the first place -especially when he specifically failed to answer my
"Can you confirm it was actually posted and when?" question.
I reckon if he's had problems with stuff
"...other customers that dispatched the same day" I'd be chasing it up. I'll reply asking when and how the item was posted.
Maybe I'm over suspicious
