I read your thread about the missing part, sorry to hear.
But that was a good move going to GoodSmile Company. They are a very reputable company and good to work with (as far as I've heard). Plus they're one of the top notch figure makers out there.
I hope this gets sorted out.

And I hope your local contact gets you hooked up with good deals.
Yeah, I was hesitant with ebay myself, but with some research, I managed to 'lock on' to reputable sellers there.
In any case, here's my collection so far. I never liked Nendos before - but when I saw one in person, I became a 'convert'. Tsuruya-san (lower right) was my first Nendo.
I have two more coming, so hope it arrives soon. A majority of these I got from ebay, and two more good online stores (Toyslogic and Robert's Anime Corner).
You may want to check/join myfigurecollection.net and Nuts for Anime Figures website (I'm a member on both). They got good resources there and friendly people too.
In any case, welcome to the world of Nendo 'madness'

And Goodsmile is getting better and better with the newer releases, the detail is amazing for such a small figure.
Cheers!
