Fair price for a SS Grey Hulk PF?

Guys, whats a fair price to offer someone for this piece?

I want to feel like I've got a bargain/fair deal but also want to offer the guy a fair deal but I never see one on sale so am a bit stuck.

Is it damaged at all? I think normally £500 ish for these in mint condition!
