I have had a look on the meadowhall site and came across red5, modelzone, 4Front, Games Workshop, And Last Picture Show
Are any of these shops any good, and do I need to know about any other shop.

Re: A little shoping help. please

Only know about a couple of the stores you mentioned:

Games Workshop - they sell toy war game figures (no move memorabilia)
Modelzone - have a small selection of PF/12" figures, they also sell lots of train and scalectrix stuff etc.

Last Picture Show - is a fairly big shop but there prices are extortionate - I could find most stuff I looked at for half their price (including eBaying), worth a look to see what you like but then come away and source it online.

Hope this helps.

Re: A little shoping help. please

My advice would be to spend it online
Play.com (providing its in stock) . . Forbidden planet, sideshowtoy or the monstercompany.
Have never used modelzone but have been in the trafford centre one and i find it hugely overpriced !!!

Re: A little shoping help. please

Thanks for the replys,
looks like I might cancel my trip to Meadowhall,
got a few items from play.com in the past but last time I was sent the wrong item and am still waiting for the postage cost to be refunded, and still waiting for a replacement.
Are Forbidden planet, sideshowtoy & monstercompany safe to order on line,

Forbiddenplanet.com are excellent, I would highly recommend them. Even play have been excellent for me in the past.
