mOTOROLA v3 ASSISTANCE

Please excuse my inexperience in such matters, but any assistance would be greatly appreciated... I have just recieved a hand me down motorola V3 (from my pops)... I am not sure who my dad was with but when I put my orange SIM in it worked fine (i.e doesn't require unlocking)...

All is working except when trying to use automated menu systems (i.e voice mail & orange top ups etc)... when trying to enter any options nothing happens, just keeps realing through the options...

I have been on to orange twice but am getting nowhere with them...

again, any assistance will be highly appreciated...

Thanks for your time...

Thumbs up Re: mOTOROLA v3 ASSISTANCE

All sorted, I actually resolved it by turning on "HTMF sending", can not believe that 3 technical bods down at orange were unaware of this but hey...

Thanks for the link Ram, that has sorted my WAP out a treat...

Many thanks
