Want to use new Motorola H300 headset with MSN on a Dell laptop with Dell Wireless 350 module built in. Recognises it as an audio device & installs it fine, lists it in the available devices in the Bluetooth tab but does not show up under Audio devices in Control Panel.

Getting Bluetooth headsets to work with XP SP2 appears a common problem but every help page points to the Windows drivers being the problem. I looked at Dell's site and installed a patch which mentioned a 1.1 compatibility problem but it's not fixed mine.

Can anyone help?
