Cleared for take of

Hello

One for you Google Earth users to play with

Thought this was sort of interesting we had some junk mail From NHS the questionnaire! I Love putting the return postcodes in Google earth to see where they are being return to.

This ones an Airfield in Huntington have a look on the runway
whats all this about then lads

Open Google earth get rid of the silly box that comes up then type in the top search box PE28 2br. Your see Se Marshall will be written across your screen. Just hit the + button and zoom into to the airfield look on the runway. is on topic for this forum.

Lis@~~

Re: Cleared for take of

It's just the old USAF Alconbury site. A lot of old RAF/USAF sites get used for new car storage.

Re: Cleared for take of

Aye, it's a shame, some of the sites near Ramsey / Huntingdon were still accessible for some rather unofficial drag racing but they seem to have plugged most of the ways in now
