CD player serial number on Nissan Micra new shape

Hi

I wonder if anyone would know how I can get access to the cd player on my Nissan Micra. My battery was disconnected whilst at the garage, and unfortunately when I bought the car I was not given the cd security code. All I am getting now is 0000 on the readout. So I need to find out the serial number. I unscrewed the 2 screws just below the cd player on the fascia, and assumed that it would then easily pull out, but it would not budge at all. Am I doing something wrong? Are there more, well hidden, screws that I am missing? Thanks to any who have any ideas.
