Hi, just ordering bits for a new build. Using a 2500k and a z77 mATX mobo.

I'm after something very quiet as will be using this to work on at home.

Any recommendations for a decent cooler under £30?

The Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo is a good choice for around 30 quid.

I have found the antec and corsair water cooling units that are had for about £45.

Does anyone know if these are any good?

I'm assuming their good at cooling but are they much quieter than a heat sink and fan??

The i30 is one of the most quiet ones and does a great job too. As is the Pro 13 from the same company.
