HTPC Case

Hi,

I'm in need of a new HTPC case for a mATX motherboard. Only real requirements are good looks, built-in iR receiver (but no VFD/LCD display) and no deeper than 40cm deep maximum.

Does anyone know what cases Sony are using for their new HTPC's?

Thanks/...

Re: HTPC Case

OK, not looking good for small case with built-in iR.

So have kind of narrowed it down to either SilverStone LC02 or LC04. Can not find any reviews for the LC02 v4 (as original ones had heat problems) and cannot find any reviews at all for the LC04. Only downer for LC02 is use of slim optical drive - not good for future upgrades of HD/BluRay drive..!

Does anyone have either of these that could shed some more light. How does the LC04's front plate open up etc..?

I will be using mATX motherboard whatever case I get.

Thanks/...

Re: HTPC Case

Another possibility is the Antec NSK1300 - http://www.antec.com/uk/productDetai...?ProdID=00131#

Looks the dogs I think. That square where the badge would go (between the drive and the USB/audio ports) is begging for an internal iR device though!!
