bios problem help please

hi , have a problem with my bios , i cant access it when i boot up my machine. i used to be able to open it using f2 ,but i think i may of turned off the option to view the bios on start up i have tried every thing i can think of if there is any one out there that can help i would appreciate it , my specs are
asrock motherboard 4 core dual vsta
cpu is e6400 core duo 2.13 mhz
orc brute is offline

Delete key lets me access my bios.

If that doesn't work for you then take the battery out of the motherboard for around 30 seconds and then replace it.

Your bios should now be back to the factory setting.

Was going to say the same about the battery. Might be worth replacing it if you've had it a long time.
