Best PC case for high end gaming (lots of room)
Can anyone give me links or names of cases which have a massive amount of space inside the cases etc as I want a case with alot of room but also looks quite good.
If possible if it could have the ability to control the temperature and read the temperature on the front of the case by default would also be a +
anyone have any ideas please as all the prebuilds have cases that do not interest me or would have everything tightly stuffed into the cases and I want lots of room to work with.

yeah agreed - got the same myself - loads of fans, nice and cool, plenty of space. If you want temp readings etc best to get a seperate fan controller/temp display unit etc that fits into a spare 5.25" bay.

I believe the Thermaltake Armor and Stacker 830/1/2 are top of the range in that

Thermaltake Armor or Antec 900. Depends on budget as well I guess. I have seen some cheaper cases that seem okay.

Maybe not big enough for what your after, but this case has 9 bays, and check out the whopping fan on the side... I reckon it could blow the case over if you weren't careful

Not my case- however if using RAID 5 you'll need a fair number of drives.

Re: Best PC case for high end gaming (lots of room)
Antec 900 doesn't have that much space once you put most stuff in because of the hard drive cages.
Antec p182 is very nice case and Thermaltake Armour and Kandolf full size ones

Re: Best PC case for high end gaming (lots of room)
define high end gaming. you can stuff a g90 and a quad core in a htpc case these days. the only real need to go for a big case is lots of storage and optical drives

Re: Best PC case for high end gaming (lots of room)
I can't believe that the OP asked for a good case with lots of room and the Akasa Eclipse hasn't been mentioned!
Go for a V2 if you can find it as it adds an extra fan over the original version.

Re: Best PC case for high end gaming (lots of room)
Yes, it's not the prettiest of cases but in terms of functional design it works very well.
