a little help please !

hi all
after two nights searching (with limited results) im a bit stuck im looking for an overclocking guide specifically for the gigabyte DS3 and a CD2 6300 , i did find 1 but it was blocked on my works computer and i couldnt find it or it was removed .
can someone link me to a guide for my hardware , thanks in advance .....if i pull any more hair out im going to go bald !

thanks thats just what i was after ..currently sitting at 2.8 on air so i have a little bit to go yet ..if i get to 3.0 il be happy with that ....again thanks
