Dell SP2309W

Hey guys,

Right now I'm using a really old Gateway EV910 CRT, so I'm switching over to an LCD monitor which should be a treat. I'm looking for a 23"+ monitor for around $300-$500 so the Dell SP2309W caught my eye. Has anybody had problems with this monitor?

I can get it for $280 shipped at OtherWorldComputing. Is there any advantage to get it directly from Dell? The Dell sales dept told me it's much better to get products directly from Dell. It's about $400 shipped there, so quite a difference. Let me know what you think!

Thanks!

Hi Infowarrior,

There is no difference in getting your monitor from Dell direct or a Dell Distributor, the warranty entitlement is excatly the same you also get the same technical support, we at PCBUYIT also offer a dead pixel warranty which Dell themselves do not cover, they only cover this if it a bright pixel only and not dead one(s)

PC Buy It

Many thanks Annika
