This is the bit that will potentially require HDCP. HDCP is the default protection for HD sources.
Have a look at the BenQ E2200HD
A. The A bit is important here, as it's the non-HDMI version of the E2200HD that's not currently in stock anywhere, but the A version is and it's cheaper
You can find this for well in your budget, at around £125-130.
The extra benefit of this is it's a Full HD 16:9 1080p monitor, so DVD's etc will play in their native widescreen format
