| Budget smartphone debate- please help me choose
So I've gone in the last 5 years from someone neck-deep in the world of mobile phone enthusiasm to someone lumbered with a secondhand Samsung Tocco, happy with my £10 a month contract safe in the knowledge that I was saving money and missing out on all that complicated OS updating and app installing nonsense.
It has however, become increasingly apparent to me that a map app would do a lot to boost my chances of getting anywhere on time.
With this in mind, I was shocked to hear from a friend of mine that he remains on payasyougo, on a system with O2 where he tops up for a tenner a month and gets a heap of internet and texts in exchange
Now though I, if I cashed in on a similar offer, I could buy a budget phone able to handle a decent mapping function, and finance it through a contract like this!
IN short, I would appreciate it if anyone could suggest any budget smartphones (decent mapping and battery life are genuinely my top concerns) which I could buy up in one go, ideally for less than £100, and live happily with?
Thanks everyone
