can anyone help need to unlock a samsung sgh-n500 mobile phone to make it sim free as my daughter can use her old virgin sim card

I've never unlocked this, however i believe you will need a cable and software to do this.

Either that or find a store with the capability to unlock that model. Shouldnt cost more than £15 - £20
