New phone needed. Needs to be best for internet

I've never wanted to get rid of a phone so quickly in my life as I have this awful Blackberry. Problem is I was given it by work so can't upgrade, so will actually have to go out and get a new contract to avoid using it!

I'm thinking iPhone (had one before and loved it), HTC Touch Pro / Diamond, or T Mobile G1. I know the HTC is being phased out and there are rumours of a new iPhone so I don't really want to lock into a lengthy contract but I don't know if it's possible not too! Any help??
