Omnia Help Please! Orange Signal!

Hi I have had my Omnia for a while now but last night went to bed the phone was fine woke up this morning and I have the 2 arrows and the cross symbol and where the signal strength is is just an exclamation mark! I cant use the phoen, I contacted orange they were no help they went through all the checks changed settings etc no help.
3 times it has come back for 2 seconds but then gone, I am, the area is fine for a signal normally but I went to different area 20 minutes away and still no signal.
I tried my SIM card in another phone but says locked/restricted and enter code? I havent a clue what the code is?
I tried another SIM in my OMNIA and that worked fine so it looks like my phoen is okay, WHy has this happened and how do I fix it Id greatly appreciate any help as Orange were no help at all, thankyou

Re: Omnia Help Please! Orange Signal!

Thanks alimac, Orange havent a clue have they when they try to, the first question I asked I said "there must be a problem with Orange as my phone was fine last night and I havent touched it" she then replied and said "no there isnt any signal problems with Ornage in the UK I have just checked" what a useless bunch they are!!
She nearly had me master re-set my phone!!! but I said no as got all my stuff on it and no need to back it all up and master re set only to find the problem not solved!! what a joke

Orange call centre is truly useless if I ever have a problem I always ask other users of Orange now as they are more use than Orange ever are!

Re: Omnia Help Please! Orange Signal!

aklimac not sure if you have an omnia or are just with Ornage? My version of my Omnia is MSHG1 is it worth upgrading. TO be hoenst the Omnia is one of the worse phones I have had I dont use it for most of the aopps it has the internet isnt that good on it and the texting touch screen is truly awful

If possible can you let me know when you get the signal back and vice versa?
