Is it a good deal? O2 Offer on the cards

Hi Guys

Due for an upgrade after an 18 month contract with O2, so decided to give them a ring. I was initially after a HTC Touch HD, but unfortunately the handset isnt available at the moment, so I've been offered:

O2 XDA Ignito (Free)
1000 Minutes X-network
1000 Texts
Unlimited Web Browsing Bolt On (Free)
40% off Line Rental on 18 Month contract

So all in, I'll be paying £27 a month.

Now, at the moment I've got an XDA Orbit which I love, so I'm hoping that the Ignito (Rebadged HTC Diamond) will be more of the same, but do you guys reckon its a good deal? I've been offered the 40% off due to my loyalty (customer since 2003) but I rarely change handsets, so am looking for a bit of assistance.

Seems like a good deal to me, but there may be better.

Yes it is, especially if you are happy with the phone, as the contract itself is good.
