I upgraded last week to the Samsung Pixon.

I have found that when i am talking to somebody the volume is very quiet, making it difficult to hear what the other person is saying.

Can anybody help me?

Have you tried the volume rocker on the side of the phone when in a call?

when out of a call it only affects the keypad tone volumes. When in a call it controls the volume of the earpiece.

Mine certainly goes loud enough!
