anyone else had this problem?

ive just got an LG kp500 cookie, and ive got different ringtones set for when different people call, now when someone calls my phone they can hear the ringtone (.mp3) playing instead of the normal dialing tone. im with t-mobile. would this be an issue with the phone or t-mobile?

Re: anyone else had this problem?

Its not the ringtone they can hear. Its called Caller Tunes, a netwrok service. As this costs per month and you have to select the tune you want them to hear, then you would remember setting it up. So it sounds like T-Mobile have a problem, I would give them a call.
