N95 8GB. Cant use the # key to switch profiles.

Hi Guys.
Ive just upgraded my firmware to v30.0.018 and now ive lost the ability to switch profiles by holding down the # key. It used to work with the EURO1 firmware but not any more. Im on O2 and it didn't work with their FW, thats why i went with EURO1 in the past.

Any ideas where its gone?

I'm using that firmware and that product code and my profile switching works fine.

I had a similar problem a year or so back after a firmware update and reflashing with same firmware again without doing a full restore afterwards (Re-installed apps clean and just restored contacts) cured it.

Cheers mate, ill give it a go tomorrow.
I also experienced this a while ago with the O2 FW but Euro1 cured it.

As all my apps and pics etc were on the 8gb chip i didn't need to do any restore's. Just re synced outlook for my contacts etc.

Just re loaded the FW and it works now. Thanks very much.
In fact the update went slightly different this time. I noticed the phone went in to test mode this time during the update, it didn't do that before.
And no crashes this time. Thought I'd lost the phone after the last time. CPW and Nokia wouldn't help as i had changed the product code. I was all set to get a E51. Glad i held out.
