I dont recall the name of it but there is actually a watch that is also a mobile phone. One of the presenters on the Frequency Cast podcast has one ( a gadget show type podcast I found when looking for alternatives to our own AVF podcast which alas is made so seldom theses days ) Check their website show notes where they publish details of the items they apraise.
In fact I just looked and it is called Dyal SWAP Mobile Phone Watch.

The Sony Ericsson one above is very good. They did another one too (MBW-100), an all metal watch which is actually a nice watch too. Not at all geeky or odd looking.

Fossil also do (or, did..) one very similar too. Again a very nice watch in it's own right. Was a partnership with Sony Ericsson and looks similar to the MBW-100.

If you aint suppose to use mobile phone at work, maybe it is for a good reason? Surely you can always ring them back, or listen to the voice mail left behind. The thing with these watches is the fact that what happens if you are out of range? I suppose that will defeat the point of getting them in the first place.

I work in a lab and I've become accustomed to leaving my phone in the locker room. It aint so bad.

The SE watch vibrates when it loses contact with your fone, I know because I have one, however its rubbish, the oled display has packed up, it loses contact if your fone in in your back pocket and only works with SE fones, no good if you upgraded and have a nokia N95 like I have now!

That is wack, I will expect the bluetooth to work with anything with bluetooth tbh.

The new LG Prada II has a nice watch that matches. Seems to function pretty well too.
