Jamster problem

So i found out today that my daughter went on the jamster web site and signed up for a free ringtone and text them and apparently that means you sign up.

She's under 16 and didn't ask us - i doubt they will accept that.

I haven't a clue what we owe them but it could be as much as 10 / 15 quid as its been running 2 weeks.

She signed up with less than £2 credit. So we sort of just left it. If we put credit on they will take it, but to text stop we need to buy credit.

Whats best to do, ignore it or would they peruse and would our details be against the number (think the sim is at least 6 years old).

Or should we just bite the bullet and add credit and text stop.

I wish i could say what i really think of them here.

Re: Jamster problem

If you contact them they will cancel the service and refund you. It was your daughter that signed up, so perhaps she could pay off the bill, a little each week? It will help her to learn to respect rules.
