USB transfer so solw on N95

USB transfer so solw on N95

Why is USB transfer so slow on N95 8GB, I am using USB2 ports?

How slow is it? There are lots of reasons why a USB connection might slow down. Are you going through a hub, or directly connected to a motherboard USB socket? Have you tried the N95 on a different machine? Have you tried something else in that USB socket.

It's because the N95 only runs USB 1.0 so even connected to a USB2.0 port it's still slow.

If yours is an original N95-1 model with an SD card you'll get a faster transfer by taking the SD card out and using a USB2.0 card reader.

If it's an N95 8gb nothing you can do about it. imo the only real flaw with my N95 8Gb.

Technically speaking yes it is but only USB2.0 full speed not USB2.0 High speed. Effectivily the same transfer speed as USB1.1

That's slower that USB 1.0, so there is definitely something up. Can you give me the info in my first question, so I can help you track down what is happenning? I know how frustrating it can be with these problems!

I have gone striaght in to the port at the back and front of machine, USB2. I have also tried it in my webook, same probs. Is there a setting on the phone anywhere?
