omnia or touch HD - quick advice needed

Hi all, toss up between the Touch HD and the Omnia...

Primary battlegrounds are...

battery life
ease of texting
ease of use
touch screen responsiveness
GPS

going to order tonight/first thing tomorrow.. so any advice is useful. The touch HD is current winning, but i think the phone may just be a little too large.

any opinoins on which one to go for?
