Orange Contract Validity Period

Hi all,

I have recently bought my first contract phone on orange, to activate the contract i needed to use up 20 initial minutes to get the 600minutes that my contract entails, I have now solved that. However, my contract also has unlimited texts, but when I phone up for how many messages i have it says i don't have them included in my bundle. It does let me text, however when i do text it says "validity period 1 week". Can anyone please tell me what this means, and how I can get my texts that are included in my contract!

Thanks in advance
Chris

I can't be sure, because you forgot to say which handset you got, but if the recipient of the message is unable to receive it; the message centre will hold it for a period of time up to a maximum of one week.

As for the issue with your contract, you would be best to phone Orange or visit one of their shops, so that they can explain to you how it works.

The phone is a Sony Ericsson C905, good phone so far.
