I've just bought a G600 about 2 weeks ago. After being on the phone yesterday, the phone just locked on me. All the keys locked, the only key that works is the Power/End Call key. Even the volume and camera key on the side of the phone is locked too.

Did anyone have this problem? Can you show me how to fix it please? I've tried taking the battery and sim out then put it back in, but didn't work.

Please! Please! Help me please! I've just spent $450 dollars on the phone and can't afford even a cheap one for $50 thank you guys and gals

and the bad thing about this is that i live in the US and Samsung techs in the US don't do support for phones marketed in Europe or Asia...this is absurd

so please please, help me! i'm desperated

You could try contacting the importer, who may have a warranty. The other option is to look for a firmware update on the Samsung UK website. You could also try installing Samsung PC Studio and see if you can access the phone that way.

Hey, I havent had this problem with my G600 but the phone frequently freezes and restarts itself. Its never actually locked up and stayed like that.
Just thought I'll let you know about my experiences.
