As title really. Returned my upgraded phone to vodafone, they collected it via DPD parcel collection. This was on the 17/10/08, its still not turned up at warehouse and they cannot track it. I've faxed them the collection note. Has this happened to anyone else? What do i do next? I don't want to be rumbled for the cost of the phone as its not my fault.

If they arranged collection then the courier should have a record of it being collected. If you have a collection note from said courier then its between voda and them.
