Hi, I have an issue with my Samsung Tocco. I have created some text message folders and moved messages from my Inbox into them. Trouble is every time the phone is powered off the messages go straight back into the Inbox and I have to move them all again.
Has anyone else experienced this or know a solution?
I have updated the firmware to the latest version (F480XXHF7)

Can someone with a Tocco try the following please, will only take a minute or so..
Create a folder for text messages
On a message in your inbox move it to the phone
Then move it to your folder
Turn the phone off and back on
Is the message still in the folder or back in your inbox?

Thank you, really need to know if this is a common problem or if it is just my phone.

Just to share a fault with ALL Tocco's with you.

Don't create personal text folders and move messages from your inbox into them.
Whenever the phone is power cycled they all go back into the inbox. I've been to the Carphone Warehouse and tested a few.

Thanks for all your help with this one. Hard to believe nobody had 1 minute free who owns a Tocco.
