t720i Background Download Errors

Hi

I recently upgraded to this model and have not been able to download any backgrounds for the phone from model specific sites such as muwap.us, wireless wallpapers.com, hellomoto.com etc despite being assured that I should be able to.

I am on o2 and use GPRS to access the sites. When attempting to download, I receive the error message "Unsupported Content Type"

I can download ringtones but not screen savers or backgrounds. To top it off, I've been charged twice by Handango for purchasing 2 backgrounds from the hellomoto site that I've not been able to download!
