blcked THEN unblocked phone doesnt work

wonder if anyone can help us.

the missus had her virgin fly slt100 stolen at workr on monday. the boss of the store hes helping out at wasnt fussed but said he would give her £50 to get a new one! so she got the sim card & mobile blocked. but then the next day shes told that one of the girls found it in her bag when she got home

liar? who knows! well shed already got a new one by then but phoned virgin to get it unblocked which they did but the phone is still dead to the world! it doesnt do anything. doesnt light up when charging or turn on. it does look like its been dropped though.

so my question is does anyone know how to check for sure if its cream crackered because its been blocked then unblocked or because it migth have had a bit of a drop

Blocking an IMEI doesnt stop the phone from turning on or charging it just stops any sim card being used in it.

Sounds like something else has happened to it.

thoguht as much. just wanted to check as this is the 1st phone we've had blocked so didnt know what happens when you try to use it and if virgin had in fact unblocked it! (they couldve been blagging it! LOL) guess i'll try and sell it as a faulty! LOL

after asking NUMERSOUS time if i could have a look at the phone and EVERY time being told "NO! I CAN DO IT!" what happens? she goes to work, i take a look and fix it! all that was wrong was that one of the batteyr connectors had been pushed back so it wasnt connecting!

*rolls eyes at 100mph!*
