I think its time i better ask for help

Everytime i change my phone i put my sim card in and my contacts are all messed up and my contacts are growing; it would take absolutly ages to manually edit.

They are like MOBILE;Name - quite frustrating. When it should be Name Mobile or they would be Surname;Lastname.


Are there any programs out there that do a mass fix on these - say to get rid of the ;? My current phone is the iphone and i'm using windows contacts in vista if that makes a difference.

I can use firstname, lastname on the iphone but that doesn't fix the ; and odd formatting.
