Hello,

Can someone please tell me if all settings i.e. internet, sms, voicemail are kept when performing the firmware update from 11.0.26 to 20.0.016 on the 3 network.

Also what advantages are there to updating? Do you lose your contacts? Is the 'memory card' wiped during the update?

Just for anyone thinking of updating:-

I updated to 20.0.016, I backed up the contacts which are wiped when you update, but all the stuff in the mass memory was kept. All the voicemail sms and internet settings are kept.
I think the phone runs abit more smoothly now.
