I am looking to become a mobile phone technician does anyone now how to acheive this i.e are there any courses i can attend or any certs i need to acheive??..

Buy a load of second hand handsets off of ebay for cheap, get a technical tool kit and see what you can do.

...and as said before, do some relevent courses.

You would do better asking such a question on a business forum as thsi forum exists to discuss mobile phones themselves and not how to sell or service them
