K810I Master reset please wait problem

I did a master reset on my phone and it turned off now when it comes on it says please wait, it has been like this for hours. Please help.

have you tried to reinstall the software, if you don't know how to you might need to send it into a repair shop, if it is less than 2 years old you can get it done under warrenty
