Greetings, i know that technically it is not possible to port my number from one TMob contract to anothr TMob contract - however i've found out about the port to pay as you go on a different network, then port back after a month workaround.

I've ordered a few sims from different networks and just wondered which is the easiest/quickest to use? Have they all got a 30day wait or are some networks quicker?

Have you looked at another option.

Transfer from contract to pay as you go with your existing supplier. Wait a month and then transfer back to a new contract keeping your number.

In some cases you might not need to wait a month, just a week. best to ask.

I've just took a new contract out for a htc diamond so thats not an option. Which network will give me the quickest turnaround you reckon?

It's a shame easyMobile closed down, they used to be ideal for this

It was all done online and you could port out->in->out->in within the space of a week or so

3 have been very quick with the PAC codes. text it to you instanly but better call them and ask about how long would they want you on their network before asking for one...

I actually don't think they would need you to be with them for 30 days before giving it out... you swap over then call them next day and say connectivity/quality isn't what you were hoping for and swap out...
