N95 8GB and Pre-loaded Spiderman 3 Movie or NOT with 3

Dear All,

Just received my N95 8GB from 3 as part of an upgrade. It is advertised as being pre-loaded with Spiderman 3. But having been in contact with 3, they are claiming that this was a Nokia promotion which as finished. But 3 are still using it as part of their sales pitch.

Anyone else had similar problems? I have managed to get £5.00 credited to my account.

I just got my N95 8GB as part of my new O2 contract and i have Spiderman 3 with mine, so unless they've only just stopped the spiderman 3 promo asa of last week or my phone's been sitting on the shelf for month, you should have it..

I only received it last week, not that I'm that bothered, but it's the principle of the matter, maybe I will be able to download something else.

Does this mean with out the movie you get more space on the phone for other things?

How much does the movie take up?
