I'm trying to find out if there's anywhere which sends out the free consoles with the phone immediately instead of having to wait 28 days?

You need to be very careful with these offers. Sometimes the total cost of the contract, over its lifetime, is much more than the cost of buying the free gift and taking out the contract elsewhere.
