Sharp GX20 Photo Transfer

Hello,

I have a number of pictures on my Sharp GX20 mobile which I wish to transfer to my pc and share with friends.
I searched the internet and have got a USB SHP GX10 data cable, loaded the handset manager software, modem driver, and set up the comms port to 115200.
When attached my phone to the pc it was not recognised either as an attachment or by the handset manager.

I read that I might need more software.
Can anyone please help me out or advise me.
Even better-has anyone actually carried out this task successfully.

Hi Mike, I have the same problem at the moment - have a new phone and so want to get pictures off my old GX20 onto the pc.

I've definitely managed to do this in the past with the cable, just can't remember how at the moment. I'll let you know if I have any luck. Please do the same if you get there first!
